Mr. Goodrich received his Juris Doctor Degree cum laude from Harvard Law School and A.B degree cum laude from Yale College. He is admitted to practice law in the states of New York, California and Connecticut.

Mr. Goodrich has engaged in the general practice of law since 1968 with emphasis in the areas of corporate business, commercial, bankruptcy and real estate law.

He also served for eight years as Vice President and General Counsel of Worthington Corporation, a multi-billion dollar international manufacturing company with factories in 14 countries.

He was president and CEO of Silica Development Corporation which developed, owned and operated 28 commercial properties nationwide and managed properties for the Resolution Trust Corporation. Mr. Goodrich obtained a California Real Estate License in connection with the business of Silica Development Corporation.
